I am deeply concerned about the restoration of my rights that have been violated by the National Defense Authorization Act 2012, sections 1021 and 1022. I know Senator Gustavson has submitted BDR 728, The Nevada Liberty Preservation Act, and this bill would stop this egregious law here in Nevada.
